Probably a combination of A and C because both are low cost and have the potential for a large ‘reach’ (bit audience).

My company, ConsumerBase – http://www.consumerbase.com – will definitely be employing most of these tactics for our Internet marketing. Social media has become a large part of our marketing over the past year and since we offer email marketing, that is also still very important.
